This +/- 7,000 SF job in cooperation with Duke PDC included a full demolition and renovation of the inside space. The program consisted of waiting/reception spaces, minor procedure rooms, exam rooms, physician and staff work spaces, along with other ancillary spaces.

Duke Raleigh Hospital – Entrance Canopy & Lobby Renovation
A $1.9 million, 3,500 s.f., three phase renovation project to the main entrance and lobby of Duke Raleigh Hospital. Scope of work consisted of complete renovation of the lobby and toilet rooms, new entry vestibule and drop off canopy, new gift shop and coffee bar.
